  1. You're not alone. Most "5lb" bass weigh about 3 lbs on a scale.
  2. That's a good one. Here are a couple of lure suggestions: Rage Menace on the outside with 2/0 EWG hooks and 1/8 ounce bullet weights Rage Swimmer for the center with a 1/4 ounce weighted hook Unique center lure alternative: 1/2 ounce Johnson Silver Minnow

  9. Well, you need a friend or two. The Three Amigos (Me, Long Mike and ghoti.) fish together throughout the year. We live LARGE for about $40 a night which includes cocktails and the gourmet dinners we make every night. We are too old and crinkly to sleep in a truck, but you can do that easily and legally.

  18. I hope a few of the guys that recently purchased reels from me will respond on this thread. All of the reels are at least 10 years old, a couple 15-20.
  19. Hmm... Reel covers and rod sleeves eliminate at least 90% of the problem.
