  1. Mike can custom build, but his everyday lineup works great for me. https://www.siebertoutdoors.com/Spinner-Blade-Baits_c9.htm
  2. It depends on my outfit, I like colors that match or contrast. I fish with a friend who throws a 12" orange/pink worm. Sometimes he is just killin' it, but it's too ugly for me! No doubt some days there are "special" colors and another color on a different day. My recommendation is to fish your favorite color and you will do just fine.
  3. Well, all of my reels are "favorites", but the 50Mg is my Very favorite! +/- $250 is a good price for a 9/10. Mine is supertuned and I might sell it for $400...No, probably not.
  4. About half a spool and you DON"T need to measure.
  5. NEVER... There are so many better options.
  6. We almost has 2", but it stayed with rain. Heat wave...34*
  7. Gitzit, the original tube invented in Arkansas. The "do nothing" lure. Cast it out, sit down, pop a top and light up a smoke.
  8. It's all about profile and action. We have lizards in Tennessee, but I have NEVER seen one on the river.
  9. Repeat Azaleas are in bloom. Most early bloomers start at the end of February here in southwest Tennessee. The spring looks early, not late.
  10. Hank writes for us and we have TONS of his articles. Check it out! https://www.bassresource.com/content/search?SearchText=hank+parker&BrowsePageLimit=30
  11. It's been 50 years...Time for a Chiefs win!
  12. And there you have it!
  13. I apply Line & Lure conditioner as I spool and then again before EVERY outing.
  14. This is what I have: G. Loomis PR844C http://www.gloomis.com/content/gloomis/northamerica/usconv/en/homepage/PDP.P-POPPING_ROD_SERIES.html Great for cranking and topwater.
  15. Lob your cast and it will be just fine. However, I would recommend monofilament for cranking. Specifically, Sunline Shooter Deifier Armilo.
  16. I think Red Label is fine for leader, but too stiff for main line. I would recommend InvizX for spinning tackle and AbrazX for baitcasting. If you want to step it up to the next level, Tatsu is the best fluorocarbon I have ever fished.
  17. Try the BPS Tender Tube #71. It can be rigged weedless with an internal weight.
  18. The Senko
  19. From the Home Page: https://www.bassresource.com/fishing/5-baits-winter.html
  20. Give 'em a try, you might be surprised.
