And a big box of avocados!- Baitcasting reel for light wieght baits (Crankbait setup)
I have the Aldebaran and highly recommend the reel for a variety of applications, not just light weight lures.- What's your #1 Lure of all time??
GYCB 5" Senko A close 2nd is the Fat Ika I do not fish knock-offs- Best all around Crankbait color
Chrome/ Blue for lipless cranks, Redear for square bills, specifically the Norman Fat Boy.- Where to sell a used Trolling Motor?
Shipping is going to be an issue unless you sell it locally. I would place an ad in the classified section of your local newspaper.- Killing It On Damariscotta Lake, Maine
Wow! Great post!- Black Ikas
7.49 lbs on a Fat Ika http://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-videos/lake-guntersville-2012.html- To All My Memphis Pond Hoppers!
The bite is slow right now, but will improve as the weather cools. Soft plastics are probably your best bet right now. I have had some luck with the Fat Ika and Senko.- BPS Stick-O's?.......Nope
This argument, "Senko vs The Universe", has been going on for years:- Best high end bait caster?
High quality fishing gear is all about the "fishing" not about "catching". I have almost as much fun playing with my toys as I do catching fish. If it's just about "catching" an Ugly Stick and virtually any reel will work just fine. Move forward at your own peril!- Finding Ledges

So, we have a number of way-points to try. I spend no more than 10 minutes at each one, but may come back later. The fish are either there or they are not.- Not sure what I did wrong. Bass died!
You did your best, but these things happen. On a brighter note, just remember how many bass you have released successfully.- So Close...
Unlikely. I have NEVER had a hook straighten out. Maybe you need to try another brand: Gamakatsu. Owner. XPoint or Trokar. - Custom Blade Baits
