  2. Outstanding!
  3. You don't need to make any adjustments to start with. As you get more proficient you might consider less spool tension and perhaps scaling back on the brakes.

    Take your pick: http://www.siebertoutdoors.com/
  5. No. Go with the original formula it is much better.
  6. Really? The diameter of #12 is .013 and the breaking strength is 19.5 lbs.
  7. Try putting everything you might fish in 1 day in a Plano 3700. I'm rigged when I start and still carry a complete bag, but it's rare that I fish anything other than what I have separated into the 3700. I may have three of something in one compartment to choose from, but they are pre-chosen and I don't have to consider two dozen others.
  8. I know how things can change quickly, but I am trying to whittle down my gear for the BassResource RoadTrip at the end of this month. Over the years what has been hot and is The Rig still in play?
  9. It's mostly personal preference, but I like spinning tackle for all finesse applications.
  10. I know you are new to the Forum and you have a legitimate question, but this horse has been beaten into the ground. Please read through this thread and write down a few options. Good night Irene. -Kent a.k.a. roadwarrior Global Moderator
  11. Nice fish, great pic!
  12. I like to select a specific job for each rod so it kinda forces me to rotate them around. DVT Custom Senko Rod: Senko & Fat Ika Gary's Custom (ghoti.) 7'2" Rainshadow Imortal ML Trout & crappie G. Loomis PR844S Live bait St. Croix Legend Elite LES70M Everything else Generally I only carry one spinning rod at a time, so "specified jobs" does not always apply!
  13. Very interesting to me. I have several color combinations, but white seems to be the ticket. I'm using a white Rage Tail Structure Bug for the trailer rigged vertically rather than horizontal.
  14. Hmm...Without doing a thorough search, $525 was the first thing that popped up: http://www.americanlegacyfishing.com/g-loomis-nrx-drop-shot-spinning-rods.html
  15. Nice fish, great pic!
