Snap Swivels
Same here. I've used snaps for almost 40 years and never had one problem with them. Makes chasing baits quick and lets crankbaits have a lot of action.

Tin or glass for tournaments
I have looked at several different boats and I'm saving money for a boat just like A-Jay described. The 2075 or 1875 Pro-V Bass is such a great boat. Crestliner's Basshawk would be a 2nd choice. No other boats on the market quite like these boats.

Muddy water favorite
What's your favorite chatterbait?

Muddy water favorite
I've heard fish slow and throw dark baits in muddy water. Others say loud and dark. What is your favorite for muddy water?

Red?
Ok. I added a couple of lipless red cranks and a sold red rage blade and red/black chatterbait. Can't wait to try it out.

Red?
Thanks. I've caught tons of fish on crawdad colors. Mostly brown and orange. sometimes green. But red has never produced for me in any way. Thanks. I don't have a red lipless crank, but maybe I'll get one. I do have bomber and Berkley in red along with some others. maybe I'll get a chatterbait with some red on it too.

Red?
I've had red crankbaits and jigs since I was a kid. I've fished them off and on and I don't think I've ever caught anything on a red bait. What's the trick? When do you use them? Where? Thanks.

Best jerkbait under $15
I like the Spro jerkbaits and I've caught fish on the Academy sports H2O jerkbaits.

Alternate Line Conditioner??
Sorry, meant Line Butter.

Alternate Line Conditioner??
I've used Ardent and KVD. Just wondering if anyone has used the STP. Armor All reacts with plasticizers in fly lines and you can't use it on most lines. So many spey fly fishers use STP as a line conditioner. I'm going to try it on a cheap reel and some cheap line. I'll let you know.

Alternate Line Conditioner??
I've been seeing lots of buzz on people using Ardent Reel Butter and KVD Line and Lure on monofilament line. I know several people use STP Son of a Gun Protectant on their fly lines for cleaning and treating. I've got some to use on my fly lines. Anyone ever use it on mono? Many fly fishers call it el slick because it makes fly lines cast better. wondering why it wouldn't work.

Impressions of the 2016 Lund Pro V Bass boat from the Minneapolis Boat Show
Thanks for posting. I was wondering how the Bass Hawk compared to the Pro-V Bass. Its lighter according to the specs. I love the look and idea of the Lund.

Impressions of the 2016 Lund Pro V Bass boat from the Minneapolis Boat Show
I know this is an old topic, but wanted to get any more info you are willing to share. Love the look and idea of this boat. I know many complain aluminum boats gets pushed around by the wind more than fiberglass, but doesn't look like these would.

Ned Rig - jig heads
Look up winkiedoodles on youtube. He shows some ways to modify the TRD worms by cutting the tail end in half lengthwise. Gives more action and he catches lots of fish on them. I ordered a bunch of z-man jig heads before I realized I was ordering the power head version. It has a much stouter hook. If I use them, I will try his mods to see if I like them better.
