Is there any "All Condition" or "Universal" lure?
I have the best luck around here with a 5" red shad colored Yum Dinger but I'd hardly call it "universal".

Does anyone else lure hunt?
I don't so much hunt for them, but, when I'm fishing near shore from my kayak, I happen upon them all of the time.

Favorite and most productive Fall Lure ?
Shad colored Yum Dinger or Zoom Horny Toad. We still have a ton of hydrilla on the reservoir.
