Hi, up in central maine, have a place and land downeast also. Grew up fishing freshwater, moved south and fished saltwater exclusively for years.

    Son who is a recent college has been slamming bass convinced me to put line on an old rig and come with him.

2 kayaks, a trolling motor, fishfinder and 5 new spinning rigs and a modest baitcasting rig later I think it is time to join.

   Will be around, thinking about trying a high quality baitcast rig, everyone I know fishes spinning.

 Anyway, nice site, thanks for letting me in.

    Thanks guys, waiting for my son, who is a college senior down the road to wake up so we can fish.

       Tempted to go grab the lews mach 1 casting combo while I am waiting, with coupons i am only in for 80 bucks.

            I will be around, the weather change has me looking for answers that I bet you have.
