Contrary to what has been stated some trailers need to be glued depending on the type of trailer and the configuration of the jig head. If you want them to hold and have the application be painless and never messy, use super glue gel.

Gloomis IMX rods are in that range.

My motor came with one. My tech says empty at 6 months, refill, then replace with a new on each year. That is what I have been doing for the last 7 years.

I have been keeping a log for a lot of years. I keep it on the computer and log at the end of each trip. I use microsoft data base so I can run filters to extract different types of information. I drove a 170 miles to the nearest Cabela's to buy the Guide Wear. It did not fit me worth a darn so I didn't buy it. Later I drove 15 miles to Bass Pro and bought the 100 mph. It is the best stuff I have ever owned. BTW: I'd be willing to bet that if you took your bibs to BPS and asked them how to stop the leak, they'd hand you new bibs and say, "Leak stopped." In today's world the companies have done a lot to lessen warranty issues by coming up with forumlas that are specifically designed to run in their engines. I personally would not change.

Your options will probably vary as to your location and your state's laws. Did you get the hour info in writing or have any witnesses when it was told to you?

I have tried most all of the knots and found most lacking. Avid put me on the Alberto's knot a year or so ago. It is all it use now for attaching 2 lines.

I usually have 3 or 4 jigs and at least 2 tubes tied on and alternate them until I find out the bite. My opinion is the jig will produce bigger fish day in and day out than the tube, except for smallies.

Have you checked out the molds at Do-It?

Most of the time I can clean my clutchs and make them as good as new. I have however, worn 2 of them completely out and had to buy replacements. The replacements were only about $15@.

White has always been a good tube color for me in the late fall and early winter. I haven't used them yet because my boat is in the glass shop, but when it gets back they will go for a swim.

If you still owe then you are probably upside down in the boat which means you may owe more than it is worth. You will have a hard time gettin a low interest loan. Get your unit paid off then trade.

IB a bass's brain is so small and they are so preditory that they will hit anything that moves and some things that don't. You will catch some on them but don't expect big ones unless it is cold.

I run a MG TE 82 and have for 7 years. It will pull against water coming over the bow. I can fish all day long with a couple of 182 reserve amp batteries. I opted for this because I have an optimax and was told I needed extra cranking amps for the engine in cold weather.

We don't have any ethanol free gasoline as far as I can find. I just keep a good water seperating fuel filter on my motor.

I fish lots of rock piles and rip rap. I plan to lose at least 1/2 dozen jigs per trip. That is just part of fishing around here.

If it is a really thick bait I like the poison tail heads with the ewg hooks. Otherwise regular round bend with football head.

I have done one side at a time by putting a 2/6 under the boat and using a hydraulic jack to raise that side off the skids.

The severity of what is done is a regional thing. If you live in the north and have it stored for several months then it is different than if you have periods of a few weeks where you can't use it. I live in MO and rarely have more than 3-4 weeks where I can't use my boat so I don't do anything to winterize. If I thought I'd be out of the boat for a couple of months, I'd use a marine stabil in the gas and run it on the water for a few minutes before putting it away. In the winter I want to be sure that my bilge and live wells are water free and I run my pumps for a few seconds to clear out any water.

If you want a foot control, then save your money and be patient until you can afford one.

Some people don't understand boat position. My wife's best friend's husband is one of them. I hate to fish from the back of his boat but have to once in a while. I have been with him a few times over the last 5 years and he hasn't learned a thing. I feel your frustration. I'd rather be by myself than in the back of an uncaring or ignorant boat operator.

My definitions: twitch= drop the rod tip to create slack give a quick kind of soft snap to take out the slack and move the bait a few inches (baby jerk) jerk= a good relatively hard fast snap of the rod without slack to move the bait over a foot

kb your motor's oil consumption will be regulated by the computer. It will go from around 100-1 to maybe even more than 50-1 depending on how you are using it. If you are using less then maybe you are not hitting the throttle as hard as you did in the past. The closer to wot the more you should use.
