Here's an offer.......
John will be speaking at the roadtrip....if anyone is close enough, give this some thought! Now that cold weather is here, we are planning our first annual Cure for Cabin Fever series. Beginning in January, we will host a series of one day seminars on a variety of topics of interest to everyone. We tentatively plan to have one evening with a seminar on Sonar and GPS. We will cover the general use and interpretation of Sonar, including traditional 2D as well as the newest side scan and down scan technology. You will learn tips for setting your unit to maximize its potential. The seminars will also cover the use of your GPS and how to make it work with your sonar to help you easily and efficiently return to your favorite spots. Our program will utilize a detailed Power Point presentation to illustrate the concepts being taught and will include numerous screen shot examples. Another afternoon will be spent one on one with FLW Tour pro Terry Bolton and friends. The topics will be open, bring your questions and notebook! The third event will be Strike King Day, featuring BASS Elite Series and Strike King pro Mark Menendez. Menendez is a noted cold water expert and will offer insights into winter fishing and the early spring transition. Don't be surprised if there are Strike King samples available. The dates for the Cure for Cabin Fever series have not been set as of this writing. We would like some input as to what works best for you...a weekday evening such as Thursdays or a Saturday afternoon? Check http://www.fishermans-headquarters.com regularly or call the store at 270-527-5938 for more information! John Parks

Guys, you won't be disappointed in Fisherman's Headquarters! John bought the store in July. It had been closed for 8 months or so. He also does seminars on electronics and has offered to come down to Moors and speak to the group and answer questions. Believe me, he is an EXPERT! We are in the middle of remodeling. Adding stock like crazy. Greg and I unpacked 19 boxes of tackle in the last two days!!! and.....yes, we are working on a few surprises for the group

Howdy & Welcome !- My PB, Big Bass in VA
Congrats, very nice catch!- Boat accident on Barkley Lake
There are 5 major tournaments going on on Barkley/Kentucky Lakes. An estimated 1100 boats involved. Two boats from different tournaments collided about 7 this morning. One co-angler was killed. All others are reported as ok. Please pray for these anglers and their families!- 63
I take it, she's just starting her collection : ;D- One great wedding
A new chapter begins.....congrats!- ky lake cold front question?
I'd be lookin in the backs of the bays EARLY with sammy's or some sort of topwater. Traps are beginning to produce too. Then I'd go to main lake points and the first secondary points with jigs, t-rigged plastics or shakey heads. Might then try med running cranks. Good luck and be careful. I'd really try hard to stay between the bouys, unless of course you have an extra lower unit :- ky lake cold front question?
How familiar with Ky Lake are you? Where are you launching out of? Can probably help put you on some fish but I need a little more info.....- nice peacock.
I'm jealous! Oh how badly I want to spend some time up close and personal with one (or more) of those!!! - Courtroom Funnies
