;D ;D ;D We have so much fun fishing together! Yes, as RW said, get her her own rig (or several). The last gift I received (last week) was another G Loomis GLX. I think I'm addicted to them. This is the 3rd year we've fished a couples club. It's great to share our passion!!! and yes, it's expensive Hope you both continue to enjoy!

Friday on KY Lake, a tournament was held for some of our wounded vets. What an awesome event! Wounded vets from all across the county came in for a 3 day event of fishing and opening day of turkey season. This is the 2nd yr for the event. I'm very proud we had the pleasure of participating. Greg and I each ran camera boats. I ran ours with a camera man out of Ohio. Greg had a 521 loaned to us by a friend for the occasion. His camera man was from TN. Lots of local folks were involved. Fishermen, boat dealers, FLW, Outback Steak house fed us all after the tournament. It was a GREAT honor to meet these Vets who gave so much for our country! Smiles were everywhere!

Big Green Egg is fired up and cooking. Have friends coming over this afternoon. Ribs, grilled corn, baked beans and potato salad. Peach cobbler for dessert!

Russ, hope this gets you all straightened out. I'm sure you'll be back to swinging from the rafters like you did on the roadtrip last year very soon! Prayers and best wishes to you!

I sure do love living on KY Lake!!!! Who needs a vacation with a front yard like ours??? Just need more time out there.....3 hrs after work Friday, then 18 hrs of tournaments on Sat and Sun and still get to sleep in our own bed when we get in! Thanks Steve....we do make an awesome couple don't we??? : LIFE IS GOOD!

I really enjoyed being on Talquin last year. It's a beautiful lake. Next time we make it down to visit Tallydude, we'll have to meet up for a howdy and maybe a fishing trip!

Just started using the AbrazX on my baitcasters....so far so good. We bought the 1000 yd spool so I'd better like it ;D Got two tournament next weekend, will absolutely know for sure if I like it after that! Had been using Vanish Transition but it is no longer available in the large spool
