  1. It is here , And I found this YouTube link of my exact Rod. I am going to unbox it and send pictures after unboxing as well.
  2. ok then it is good, see if it is fits your fishing lake. I have two rods, one on 16lb leader the other one 10lb all the way. good luck
  3. Sunline Shooter 10lb test, going for tastu next, I hear so many gi=ood things about it.
  4. Yes I believe it happened in some situation, ive had that exprience in Thailand and Philippines,if you throe anything with that hook you'll catch fish. but ive personally see the color diffrence, one day I was casting seiko 297 to spot of lake I knew there is big bass there, I didn't have any chance, I change that to another seiko same size but gray color, and immediately I got bites, few short strikes then I add treble trailer and I land her. I mean it is really about the situation.
  5. I never done that, but I am sure alcohol and acetone will do the job, ill go with rubbing alcohol to be safe. the sharpies and markers are alcohol base ink.
  6. despite some colors are to hooking fisherman not the fish, COLOR still very important factor. just couple days ago I was sending SP jerk bait and no bite, I grabbed it and use sharpie and make some CHRT/RED on it9as you can see in the picture), And man same place same time same retrieve action, same lure start to get bites lost 3 landed 3, (15" the biggest)
  7. You are very right, thats is the reason beside being Fluorocarbon. Thank you
  8. Thank you for the correction, thank you so much, I wasn't sleep good last night because of this , HAHA
  9. I never have more fun fishing, than going to fishing with my son. BTW his PB in higher than mine LOL. Very nice catch, good luck young man and tight lines.
  10. Bearing are not the same here, plus after reading your review I decided to buy the JDM, but still confused about the bearings.
  11. don't forget the shelf life of Fluorocarbon, I think better not to buy large spool unless you use it on other reels and main line. Don't you think so?
  12. I use Sunline FC100 16lb Test for my leader, main line braid maxquatro 20lb test. it never fails me. Yes it is a saltwater leader but it works great on fresh water.
  13. Guys I need help, what is the difrence between METMGL151HGB and METMGL151XGB. Iknow it is about bearings but I don't understand which one is better and effective. why need to have difrent bearings? I am Left handed, XGB is in stock but HGB not, sims like no one like XGB, is it true? I attached the screenshot of three LH model so you can see the info.
  14. yup, I just got tracking number, I think I cant sleep till tomorrow to get it. they shipping it overnight so lets say 24 hours to unbox it, I am going to share pictures.
  15. Guys I just ordered 844 G Loomis conquest :-) that was expensive, its not only $695, it become almost $800 including TAX and sleeve. But man it is worth, it will be my TO GO rod pair with my metanium DC.
  16. I am so tempted , going to get 1 XG haha where did you order, would you share the link so I can get mine?
  17. inam in same situation, but I am looking for staiblaty in boat as well, I myself in search for same size boat(16'), I have my own idea, but if they are your choice, I like the Lund more. good luck with your new boat.
  18. no I never try this 2020 best I was about buying it this week and pair it up with gloomis conquest, but after yesterday I am going to wait till they release the DC version. let me tell you I hear and see greatest review on this 2020 reel and I am so tempted, so if you want my idea, regardless of DC version, I can say it is the best reel on the market.
  19. because of my injury, I have high end combo, metanium DC and shimanao shaula rod, I was in California aqueduct about 6 hours and I made about 200 cast in wind with jerckbat and swimbaits and bucktais and ETC... all about 3/8 to 1/2oz and I cast all direction, most of them against the wind, so the current would swim lure with it. I am telling you by the end of the day, I didn't have single backlash with it , I am sure if I had any other reel, I would have couple of backlash, but this reel, didn't let me down all day, even I cant wait to get new reel and I was sure Ithat I am going to get one of this XG/MGL, but yesterday I changed my mind and now I know it is worth the wait for having a reel with DC breaking system. am not a professional angler, but hell I am fishing AT LEASE 250 days a year, there is no reel and combo I have that can beat this one in this range(M and MH), practically I am not using anything else, even I am drop shooting with this combo, I have 20lb test maxquatro braid and I am changing the length and lb test of leader depending on application. I hope I could make my point, please feel free to ask any question, and by the way, yes it puts striper out of water like a cream puff and I didn't need net.
  20. guys I have made my decision, ill wait for DC version left hand to be release. I made that decision based on what happened to me yesterday after making 200 casts in high wind.
  21. There is no place for being OCD in here, let me tell you I have Shimano shaula and st Croix, and now I an going after gloomis in few days, any of them good for specific aplication.
  22. guys going to get MGL for now from Japan , cool?
  23. If I was in your situation, I would go with SLX combo.
  24. thats very sad for me, I think I need wait and hope then.
  25. Hi, is there anyone knows when they going to release DC version of metanuim 20? I have friend coming here from Japan and I want him buy for me and bring me some tackle, he is waiting till travel is free to USA. I couldn't see any sign or news if they have/going to have new metanuim 20 with DC breaks.
