Make a list of everything you must have on the boat to make you happy. Then price the different boats and see which ones suit your budget. That usually narrows it down to what you want/need. Good luck on your purchase and make sure you post some pics. ?

I second this ☝️☝️ Let me add. If you are going to run graphs and you know what you want make sure there compatible with your trolling motor, or vice versa if you know what trolling motor you want.

1 - Best trolling motor you can afford with Spot lock. My choice Ultrex 2 - 9” or larger bow mounted graph with DI matched with your trolling motor for communication 3 - depending on the type of water you fish. Shallow water anchors if you fish under 8’ a lot. If you fish deep then skip the power poles / talons. Good luck on your choice and make sure you post pics. ?

There’s no need for apology as most know on this site that your safety advice is all giving with deep passion and concern for others. I personally have changed one of my safety procedures because of your advice. I now wear my 100 mph vest while the big motor is running and my inflatable when trolling. Thanks for your safety input it’s greatly appreciated.
