Morning fellas! My name is Dan, im from long island. Long time lurker, been fishing on and off my whole life (30+ years) but only really started getting into bass fishing the last 6 years or so. Always was heavy into saltwater fishing. I have a Hobie compass I fish from and will be buying my first bass boat when I move to North Carolina (Elizabeth city). Wanted to stop in and say hello, hope to make some friends on here.

    Hah, im in commack which is literally a 15 min drive from NP. Beautiful, expensive, area lol

    Yup I know the area, always enjoy going down there for the holidays. Told her she’s crazy to leave there to come up and  live with me just south of the Adirondacks lol!

    It’s now an overpopulated overpriced place with declining fisheries both fresh and salt.

    Enjoy wish I was going. Used to love Long island until it became an overpopulated overpriced crappy fishing
