The guy who services my boat told me the only other oil I could use in my Merc engine without voiding the warranty was Quicksilver. I am gonna say yes.

Great looking rig. Go get you some floor fans, two will do it, and set one in the back and one in the front facing each other. That will dry that puppy out in less than 24 hours. I do it all the time for mine when it gets wet. If I didn't do it, the compartments will give off a rather sour odor. Can't wait until you get up here next week.

It happened to me once on eBay. I paid for the rod, a month and a half later, no rod. I filed a claim after several emails (10) to the seller. He always had an excuse on why the rod wasn't sent. I received my money back in full from the seller after filing the claim. This was the only bad experience I have ever had through eBay.
