i never throw a spinnerbait without a trailer hook, why even take a chance .adding the trailer hook hurts nothing and can only up your catch rate

Whats the purpose in doing that? I once overheard a backseater tell his boater at the weigh in that if he had any fishing ability he wouldnt be worried about the backseater catching fish behind him. Right after that, the two were separated by a few people because it was about to get ugly. The boater got mad because what the nonboater said made sense. sodasker if your thinking about getting one,install it yourself it is so easy to install and there is really no snags you can run into. i did my own and it came out great.
