always keep your hand on the wheel when flying down the lake at high speeds always use your lights when boating at low vis times try to bring a protien bar or something to snack on maybe some jerky never lip a pike musky or walleye lol

well youd have to spend more money on a new rod anyway so if you save 30 bucks getting the shimano and broke rod your gonna spend another 30 for a new rod might as well just buy the correct set up anyway since your gonna spend the money and youll feel better

motor should be the top priority then cleaniness and condition it will tell a lot about how the previous owner treated the boat

i cant speak on the others they may be the same im not sure but like you said the resolution is great its very easy to operate and understand fish are very easy to spot on the bottom also the only thing is if the sun beats down on it aftertime it will start to fade mine hasnt ive seen some that have what i did was stick a viser hat on it to keep the glare off that way its protected i can see it without glare
