Does anyone have any tips for fishing Lake Ida from the shore? I am new to the area and have no boat and no access to one, so I am looking for any info regarding fishing from the shore. Last Wednesday fished with some buddies from the bank sort of near the boat ramp, only caught a few small largemouth, all on senkos. I'm looking to catch a big bass, or maybe a peacock. Any advice will help. Thanks in advance.

I dont fish the area, but my advice in a new place, throw a 5 inch senko and if you get lucky and catch a 2 pound + consider it a good place

Hey all I haven't been here in a while so I figured I would drop in and tell you all yes I have been fishing, but no I have no where good to fish. I moved to Boca Raton, FL this year for college and haven't found any honey holes yet. Its an empty void in my life right now... kind of. BTW, shout out to my moderators, 5 bass limit & Roadwarrior you guys are the best, and my posters who I always look foward to, Avid, Fish Chris, fourbizzle, george welcome, whoever you guys my age are who jig fish in georgia and catch pigs (forgot your names), randall, alpster, and everyone else. I miss this place! I wont be a stranger anymore!!
