How have I not seen this? I guess I'll start going through my 7 or 8 episodes saved on my Tivo. I've been neglecting Inshore Fishing Techniques and Fishing the Flats, because Addictive fishing is the best and is all I watch anymore!

When I feel weeds on the senko I just point the rod tip down and make a couple hard pops, which should knock the weeds off. Then you can continue your retrieve. A zoom super fluke is an example of a weedless bait-fish imitator. You might want to try bubbling a frog over the weeds. Let me tell you this, most of the time in a small pond one lure will catch 30 fish one day, and then you won't be able to buy a bite on the same lure for months. It is very easy to pressure a pond by yourself. I have done it to many of the water hazards on the golf course I live at. Certain lures will consistently work (I would say 90% of those are plastics), but the bite may be very slow.

I enjoy his show, definately not from an educational standpoint. BUT HE CAN'T CATCH A SNOOK and he pronounces it SHNOOK which is pretty funny. And he just now started wearing Celtic's stuff because he's jumping on the bandwagon now that their team is stacked. But he is funny and I Tivo the show every week and enjoy watching it.
