Big fish of a half dozen bfs rats this morning. Couple blow ups on the frog right at change of light, unfortunately this is the only bite that connected. That's back to back weekends landing the completely wrong species

Haven't purchased a used rod from ALF but if their "mint" is anything like a 9/10 used Loomis from hookup tackle it will be brand new, maybe missing tags, and Loomis will consider it a new rod for warranty registration purposes.

One senko fish from the bank today, only had about 15 minute of moving water before the slack tide. Also managed to land my PB seagull this morning while striper fishing, didn't get a hook in it thankfully but had to crush a jighead barb to get it out of his feathers.

Unfortunately a bunch of that stuff, aird-x rod, gloves, are actually sold out. They don't do the best job cleaning up their site.

I use loctite gel, not the fastest drying but if you leave whatever was glued in sunlight it's rock hard in a few minutes. could also use accelerator spray I assume but I've never bothered.

very much depends on the rod/reel/line/lure tied on. sometimes I can cast 30 yards, sometimes I can dump a spool down to the arbor knot.

6lb tatsu is all I've ever used on it, no problems.

I love my AII, it caught my PB striper this year. I might add a second at some point if the conversion rate stays hot.

looks to be 2/0 4x wire as advertised, they're the same size as a 2/0 owner st-36 just extra beefy. I have noticed treble covers are a lot more inconsistent than hooks themselves. get one of each!
