  1. Limpp is supposedly filling in according the game warden that checked my license recently, but I have had decent luck last fall finding fish close to the bank. The average size was very good. I saw a recent picture of an 8lb Largemouth caught and released there as well.
  2. Might as well be an official NPFL press release.
  3. I don't think they ever don't work. I think other fishermen are using other shapes and profiles more right now, like creature baits. So it might work great for you.
  4. 8” Zoom Lizard. Texas rigged or even Carolina Rigged. Try it in your favorite colors. I like pumpkin, chart pumpkin. green pumpkin, pumpkin with the chart tail. I love using them on a T Rig, but I usually go one bullet sinker lighter to get a slower sink rate in order to give it a bit more natural presentation and letting the appendages work. I’ve never pegged the weights. I am excited to try them on free rigs this spring.
  5. Here’s a close up of the prototype crankbait.
  6. I can see this being a big hit in Branson or Pigeon Forge.
  7. Ray’s not gonna waste his shot! I can’t wait to hear Bass After Dark’s review. https://www.bassmaster.com/classic/news/world-premiere-of-dream-catcher-the-ray-scott-story-during-the-2025-bassmaster-classic/
  8. Tiger Muskies or pure Muskies? Tigers are far more tolerant of warm temps. And I think even a pure Muskie in WV will be more tolerant of hot water temps than one in Minnesota.
  9. Everyone should wet their hands before handling fish too.
  10. When I find a soft plastic bait I like, I will generally keep three colors max. A lighter/brighter color, something medium like green pumpkin or pumpkin and something dark. And before changing baits I will change color. For example for Rage Bugs, I have Bama Craw, Green Pumpkin and the dark black/blue color. Zoom Lizards are weird for me because as far as I am concerned they only come in one color.
  11. If I get a Kayak that might be the place I take a maiden voyage. I also hooked into a big one on a Swimbait on Limpp Lake that threw the hook.
  12. Pumpkin Lizard, Blue and Black Jig with a trailer, Chart or white Spinnerbait. Maybe a Rat-L-Trap.
  13. So I actually do it the way you do as well. Whether I am fly fishing for trout with fine diameter tippet or bass fishing with 22lb, I always try to learn how hard and how much pressure I can put on a fish without breaking off to land it quickly. Some big fish like tarpon can be killed if you fight them too long. I saw a movie with Andy Mill once and he was applying max pressure, even trying to break the fly off or pull it out instead of landing the fish.
  14. "Well it swam away fine."
  15. OT: But does the voice in the live ops ad sound AI generated?
  16. They say racers lose a tenth of a second for every kid they have. Brandon is fishy as hell. He'd be a stick in any fishing discipline he went into. I love that he is from Idaho. These guys from the Northwest and Northeast had to work extra hard to get where they are.
  17. Black and Blue jig, with a rage craw trailer. Fished very slow.
  18. He was throwing that and a Megabass Kanata. Which I think they called a Katana on the broadcast which sounds cooler.
  19. Dube has Shane Gillis energy.
  20. I like seeing BP do well again too. He got some on a swimbait too. Dipalma borrowing a neko weight from someone was great too.
  21. Yeah I prefer it this way. Resetting just nullifies the work for the three previous days.
  22. It’s absurd. How can they possibly run their business without gaining some knowledge inadvertently through interaction with their employees/guides.
  23. He would have blamed it on an app.
