I consider hockey and soccer....very similar.One is on ice with skates using sticks,while other one is on grass using feet control. Being raised in Texas around Hispanics...soccer was what we played 80% of the time in recess/after lunch.The first to score to 5 before the bell rang was the winning team. Soccer isn't a weak sport....by any standard.It's the idiocy of the fans that turn me away from watching it.Goes for just about every sport.

Thank you raul...I couldn't have said it better. I got my spinning rigs with XL for light cover. Baitcaster rigs with XT for heavier cover. It's still my favorite line...I gave up trying to look for better line. I do like yo-zuri hybrid soft,but the stuff is getting harder to find.

Not to get all Political,but I'm watching Obama's move closely. One of the biggest reason why he was voted in was to stop or slow down any wars that people claimed "bush" got us into. I'm not taking too lightly on N.Korea's threat...They are one country that could hurt us more than any terrorist threat could.

Tubes have been my #1 producer so far this year.I like rigging an insider tube jig.The hook will be exposed.Many bites will come as that bait is spiraling down.So be prepared to reel in that slack and set the hook. You can also rig it like a Texas rig pegged or unpegged. I like to sweep the rod to the side,let it sit a few seconds and repeat.It has a darting side to side action. I also like letting it drift in heavy current.....the current does all the work for you. ;D Only the fish can tell you how fast they want that bait,some days i fish it slow like a worm other days I'm sweeping it hard.

It's actually going to be Kate minus Jon....Somehow when one is on the show the other one is gone.Kate will be getting the kids more than Jon will be. This is gonna scar those poor kids for life now.I wish they'd just drop this stupid TV program and fix their life.I feel more sorry for those kids than i do for the parents.

That is my #1 pet peeve about idiots on the road: driving with their beams on. What kind of selfish, idiotic ***** does that? Man, I get so p'd off when people do that. OR when somebody flashes you with their brights because they THINK your brights are on and they aren't. I'm the fastest return brights flasher in the history of the world. "BOOOOOOOM, my brights aren't on, J.A.!!!!" B I've notice pick ups and SUVs lights are much brighter than the average car....I'm guilty of flashing my beams at a pick up once,only realizing he did it too.Lesson learned...i don't do it to pick ups or SUVs anymore.Cars,however,i can always tell when they have the brights on or not. We also flash our beams here to warn you cops are near and looking for an excuse to catch you.So it's not always an insult to flash the beams at somebody. ;D

Spring...I seem to have the best luck during that season.

I would always say i could still handle the Texas weather in summer....Right now I'm second guessing myself on it.I think i got used to the cooler temps.

It was a cool 80... 8-) During this time of the year is when i truly like the north.

Because some people can't cast 1/4 oz or under on baitcasters.Like me... So yes...it's a Finesse thing. I'm more comfortable with a spinning reel than i am with a baitcaster. I've got 20 years of spinning reel experience under my belt...only have like 4 with baitcaster.

Yup...Senkos....I end up cussing myself out for not bringing anything else by the end of the day. It's no wonder why i hate em'.

I wouldn't go there....he isn't kidding when he said it can be a rough area.Every time i went out there i got harassed by drug addicts asking for money.If you do stay away from MLK Blvd.One of my friends got shot out there.

Happens every time to me....I'm talking every single time.One of my biggest reason i park way in the back now. One of my accidents came like that..No damage to my car,but i dinked his door.He didn't have a driver's license or insurance.I was going to call the cops and he said "no,forget about it".He just took off,fast. I coulda swore i looked 3 times left,right and behind me(repeat)...there was nobody there! I don't know how fast he came up behind me. Correct me if I'm wrong...but usually the people backing out is at fault?

They have 6 flags over Texas in Arlington.*not far from Dallas* Don't forget to hit up that little restaurant across the street...If i can remember the name of it and see if it's still there. They have a desert called "cookie monster" which is a big freshly made cookie with ice cream,whip cream and chocolate syrup. It takes them like 20-25 minutes to make it..but it's worth the wait. I haven't been there in over 7 years....so i don't know what's all been changed. Remembered the name of the restaurant...Cheddar's http://www.cheddars.com
