Is it me or is largemouth bass getting hard to find here? I have no problems finding the smallmouth around here,but my ratio right now is 30 to 1. I'm out here in the belleville/ford/huron river.

i have tried. chocolate milk too. failed. did it in high school with some buddies. i reccommened never trying it. i used to drink a glass of milk with ice to cure hangovers. Don't drink more than one glass after a hard night of drinking....it comes up like cottage cheese. Water is still the better way to go....

I was thinking the same thing. Young couple in their early/mid 20's.....I don't ever recall me cooking much either when i was in my early/mid 20's either. :-/

Good point....I'll change it just in case. the numbers however are not related to the amount charged. Some sort of glitch in the system.I found another one online charged the exact same amount

LOL...I asked them if it worth it,they said "no".... Everything been corrected now....They didn't get charged for the overdraft.The bank apologize for the problem.

I'm in the same situation as you. I tend to go light,smaller and slow down.

Just to show how much farther he will go. My E21 Edge promo rod came from him after it was found out to be something wrong with it.He gave me a new one out of his personal stock pile.Since these rods are not for sale by public,meaning there isn't a warranty on these rods. I really,really admire Boyd Duckett. It's my favorite rod to this date right now.

Funny you should mention that,I just checked mine and i got .045-.050.Pretty dang close to 2lb line if you ask me.Sure you are checking it right? I rarely use braid.Rocks and zebra mussels discourage any kind of braid usage around here.

If you hit Walmart at the right time early spring,you can find them for $3.00-$3.50 here.Seems to be a once a year deal here.Plus you got to beat the next guy there otherwise everything is pretty much sold out. Dick's sporting goods is known to do that as well.I raided Dick's shelves this year as somebody beat me to walmart's shelves.I loaded up on the DT series... ;D

During the early spring this is the case for me....Boaters are my best friend. Late spring through summer,everything turns spookish.At this point i tend to hang out by the dams where boaters can't get to.

I go home..... ;D Usually it's an inline spinner and I'm trying to catch anything that swims.At this point I'll be happy if a bluegill hits it.

Ridiculous to you and me...yes.However to them this is perfectly right for them to do this. They are a legitimate threat....you won't know it till it's too late. I agree with Glenn,stop giving them publicity...rather good or bad in our eyes is good publicity for them. This right here shows they do know what they are doing....Deceiving the public eye is what these dirtbags do best.

I hate to think in a few years she'll be driving while trying to text her friends. I hate cell phones....i absolutely despise them.I can tell you how many times i seen co-workers trip over something because they weren't watching where they were going. I once saw somebody walk right into a car doing that....funniest thing i ever saw.I laughed so loud I made sure he was embarrassed.

A bunch here.....I want to say(guess) almost 65% of the people i meet don't have one.This is from shore fishing.I heard it's close to around $200...from what somebody told me. I was once fishing a pier and this DNR boat pulls up nailing like 12 people without licenses. It was me and another guy who only had licenses.This was 3 years ago.That Pier cleared out really quick,after it was all over it was just Me and that other guy who kept on fishing. I keep telling everybody it's like $15-$20 for one,you spend more money @ a movie theater.IMO Fishing license usually pays for itself after the 2nd or 3rd trip.

Your a good guy Dink whisperer for going that far.Just forget about it and chalk it up as one bad experience. Everybody gets a fast one pulled over them every now and then. Next time just fake getting sick,drop the dude off and go fishing by yourself.It'll least make you feel better.I did that once,and i had a good day the rest of the time by myself.

I use the "used" ones first,I usually manage to lose it or get it snagged by the 20th cast or so... Never manage to keep the bait till it's completely useless. ;D

Sitting at one spot too long not catching anything....I know i should be moving on,but in the back of my mind I'll be like "one more cast then I'll move"...after 30 casts I'm calling myself an idiot for not moving on.I'm shore bound though,so i have a somewhat of an excuse. I also tend to not pay attention all the time,I get distracted by all the wildlife around me and be too late to set the hook when i get a bite.
