what would you do? - strange neighbor
Just move it back.... ;D Honestly, truthfully, have your girl call "special pickups",and then give them your address and find out what time they do these special pickups. Many states have these as far as i know of. If they don't have these special pickups around your area....find somebody who buys old TV...you might just make money off of it.

Jig Retrieves
Catt nailed it...I've let my bait soak for over 5 minutes at times. Finding plastic that has some slight movement while sitting out there is the KEY thing in my opinion. This is where having the right skirt on can play a big beneficial factor also. Jig is also my number one bait in heavy current waters.Throw the jig upwards to the current and let it float back. All i do is keep up with the slack in line. This is the deadly technique on one spot where i fish. The current does the work for me. ;D

your wildest animal encounter while fishing....
I remember landing a small bass from shore, went to put it back in water and a dang muskrat came flying out brushing pass my hand.Took off after the bass i just released. Scared the heck out of me....I don't stick my hand in the water much anymore.

How sweet is this??!!
Very sweet deal! Our sportman's warehouse closed up here. Coffee tubes are some awesome baits specially for smallmouth fishing.

Michigan bass anglers
Would anyone be interesting if i start a BBQ picnic up? Thought about doing this for awhile now. Might try to start it up next year or later this summer if I'm still up here.Somewhere halfway from everybody. Have it at a lake, everybody invited and try to bring little things.I'll bring the hamburgers and hotdogs.Hopefully already have grills where we might meet up. Kids, family, everybody invited. How's that sound?

Owner Long neck hook?
My favorite hook in 3/0....however that rubber piece is suppose to hold your baits from sliding down. That rubber piece is garbage, after one bite or a real bad snag in the grass redeems that rubber piece useless. I use them on beavers, senkos and creatures baits. Almost forgot to mention...when adjusting my bait for the stopper...I superglue that rubber piece there. It's the only solution i could come up with from keeping that rubber stopper from sliding down the hook with the bait. Hope that helps.

teens kill a heros dog
There wasn't one.The punks just thought it was funny killing other people's dogs.No saying how many more they did before getting caught.Basically out joy riding causing trouble.

Gamakatsu Skip Gap Hooks
I use them for tubes....nothing else.

How often do your rods snap?
So far it's one a year... :-/ All them my fault.Mostly broken tips. Still usable, only like 1" only gets broken off.Pretty easy to just replace a tip. First time-pulled against a snag with rod...like an idiot Second time-hit a tree by the tip trying to set the hook Third time-I was walking up the hill, trying climbing over a rock and didn't have my rod tip high enough. Forth time-Swung on on a hookset, miss fish but hit a rock by the tip behind me. ;D I see a pattern here....i do something stupid just about every year.

teens kill a heros dog
Those kids were lucky....I have no doubt he could have done worst damage to them.

Drinking and fishing ???
I'm not much of a drinker anymore.I don't have a problem with people drinking as long as they control themselves. However anybody operating a machine shouldn't be drinking...save that for when you get home with a nice warm dinner. It's pretty much illegal to drink in public unless said otherwise. All the parks around here prohibit the alcohol.

hooks
I agree....i use all of them except eagle claws. Eagle claws are for the panfish/bluegills only for me.

I'm honestly scared now.
How exactly does a retention bonus work? Because right now it doesn't sound like a bonus...as what they are calling it.I'm guessing they get a contract for working for $80,000.Through out the year they make let's say $40,000....then they lump the next $40,000 as a bonus...which they were promised to in the first place?

Shimano bullwhip?(Help!)
It's a vintage rod for sure...tried looking up the information shimano bullwhip BMP-1602 to find out what it was used for.My yield search came up empty. There's a few information for other rods, just not that one. It sounds like a small trout, perch kinda rod from what i've collected. I'd just hang on to it if you are into collection old fishing stuff. Yeah,i'm a bit bored... ;D

What were your most scary points in life...
#1.Getting shot at...Back in my younger days...hung out with the wrong crowd. :-/ #2.My first car accident. #3.Moving to Michigan to start a family.Away from all my family in Texas. #4.Laid off..this is the first time I'm still unemployed for more than a month's time.I don't like this feeling.

I'm honestly scared now.
That might be true....but then again,if they are losing money and going bankrupt no bonuses should have been given out at this time. If they can change automakers contract they can change AIG's contracts.Handing out millions of dollars of bonuses for a corporation like AIG on taxpayers money is just "unacceptable".

I'm honestly scared now.
I'm looking for another state to live in.... 100 applications that include walk ins & online,i've found nothing. There's like 20-30 plus people going for the same job..competition is tough out there.Since i've worked in steel plants all my working career,I have nothing to really offer for other hiring positions out there. I don't know, but my position i'm stuck in really blows. I've found a few places only hiring $7.50-$8.00 an hour that i may be able to get into....but it's not enough to feed my family. You think you're scared? In the next 4 months i'll be shutting off cable, internet, phone, dropping payments, selling fishing gear if i don't find something i can atleast live off of.I got a kid to take care of too. Even more scarier,I'm getting married in May and now i'm thinking twice if i should have done that now. We've been trying to get married the last 3 years...since we are going on our fourth year and pretty much all the plans are done for.I think we kinda messed up.Should have skipped it again this year....I don't know...i'm flat out confused right now.... :-/

Braided lines for Light weight spinning.
Perfect. I have one set delicate for the same purpose.I think i'm using the 10/4 one...can't remember exact as it's been 2-3 years since i've changed any line on it. I have very few problems with line twist on braid even with the inline spinners. You can put a small swivel on if you are really concerned about the twist.I do use a fluorocarbon leader when i switch to small jigs.Confidence thing i guess.
