this might sound strange but I had that happen a while ago so I used a pink floating worm and slamd them.

I always keep a little slack in the line,not so much that its lying all over the water but so that my line is bowed from my rod tip to the water.I feel that, if I feel the fish before I see the line move I react faster,I guess my thinking is if I feel the fish before I see the line move,its almost to late.It sounds correct to me. have been doing it that way in forever and it works.

I caught 10 bass yesterday and didnt feel any of the strikes,But they did ;D oh

Hpbb,It was a Bass aff,club and as a small boat club you can have less than 100% unless its voted to 100%..And you are right he should have been given time to join bass.But they wanted the Dad to win a 1st place before he died.

My son and I went out yesterday got there at 5am and left at 1:30fished hard all day we caught 10 small ones and a pikrel but nothing of any size,but we had fun any way.

June 23 my youngest daughter got married,july 1st my son was enroled in the tn school for the blind, got to see my grandchild I have never seen ,he is 2 and a terror,july 14 I turned 44,I had to get glasses,bought a new 46" lawn mower ,still working opposit shift than my wife,my nice had brain cancer,and now thyroid cancer and then,my well let go,Life has a way of getting to you.Just needed to vent sorry.Bob

I think the art of still hunting is going away,there is nothing more thrilling than to get so close to a deer that you can hear him breathing,I cant sit in a stand very long so id say that 98% of my hunting is on the ground,still hunting.Ive tought all of my kids my wife and my best friend to hunt this way and they love it.
