everybody on campus wears kerosene hats (some people call it a bomber hat, i call it a kerosene hat). i bought one back in september because i thought they were cool, then once it finally got cold it turns out everybody has them. i don't care though, like you i find it to be a comfortable, warm, functional piece of clothing. i got mine from bass pro, its lined with real rabbit fur, soooo comfortable and warm.

yup, they're coated in the same protective topcoat you'd use if you painted them.

dang those look nice. how did you do the backs? i have done a few and they always look really ugly on the backs and bellies because of the seams where the two foil pieces meet.

they look great. i really like you bluegill pattern a lot... its so simple but it looks really good. i think the fin should be a little bigger, and it should be lighter (more golden maybe?) and/or transparent if possible. you could also pencil in some rays on the fin for added detail.

don't i feel dumb, i thought you said yellowed baits. yeah there isn't much you can do with a yellowed bill, any solvents you try to put on it will cloud it up.

they got a new logo. i just noticed. it sucks. looks like a logo for some soap opera channel

just about any factory bait can be repainted, i don't think any are really preferred by painters, at least not me.

it never hurts to keep any blade lightly oiled.

i think the cartridges for my epson printer are something like 5 or 6 dollars. others are like 30!

i do like La Roux (although their "performance" made me like them a little less) but the rest was 100% pure garbage. its a shame that is what is popular these days.

oh i don't think you'll have a problem with hookups, the problem i see is your hooks getting tangled up frequently on the cast, which i guess could lead to hookup problems.

dang that looks sweet! shape and color look spot on. i really like the tail. only thing i see that might be a problem is the hook hangers look a little close together. i guess its kind of too late to fix this now (although you could grind those off, carefully drill new holes in the bait and install new hangers) but keep this in mind for next time!

i understand not being able to play .avi on an ipod, but you can't even play .mp4? thats outrageous... zune lets you play .m4v, .mp4, .wmv, .mbr. i'm almost positive you can play .mp4 on an ipod....
