  1. Forget it. Whatever I type and it shows different after I posted. What gives? When I give a direct link and it says "go to another site" I mean why can't I post the link to other store when RW is allowed to? Make no sense.
  2. So far I like the Smokey Joe but, don't have a favorite. Got 6 different colors here 3 of each, thanks to bait monkey. I also had them custom painted to my spec. (not cheap) Come late spring and summer I can't wait to throw it.
  3. BassXL, your talking about this one ? http://www.normanlures.com/nlstore/images/165-Big.jpg If so, I've been eyeballing it but hesitated cause I've never see anyone talk about that color.
  4. retiredbosn, I know what you mean, I had all of my DD22 sitting in tackle tray for about 5 years because of that. Until this year I gave in and now they're my favorite deep diver. It was not the rod nor reel ratio gear that caused me all the beating. I discovered it was the casting control knob all along. No overruns but harder to retrieve. I loosen the knob a bit and it makes the world of difference, smoother retrieve but, a little overruns here and there but not as bad. Try and see if that will help. Farther distance casting is other advantage.
  5. Cause they're THAT hungry!!! Really, its not unusual. Anyone have seen a picture of 8 lb. bass choked on 6 or 7 lb. bass and got suffocated? That must say something ;D
  6. Thanks that helps. One more question, I'm wanting a green pumpkin for a peanut butter jelly jigs and which Rage color comes close? On *** site under Lobsters it shows Double Header and Okeechobee Craw both as green pumpkin. Am I missing something? Double checking so I don't misplace a wrong order. Thanks.
  7. Big O, I have to ask, isn't Rage Craw and new Lobster pinchers the same except body design? If that's the case then I don't see why it matters to me to pick which. I haven't heard about Rage until this year is why I'm asking.
  8. War Eagle, War Eagle, and War Eagle.
  9. Yes they do look cool or amazing in the video. Sometimes its what catch fishermen not the fish. So lets see if a fish like it or not. Neat concept nonetheless.
  10. At first I thought it might be the water where I fish but have tried it at 4 different water in 3 season with no result. My fishing partner lives 2 state away and he claimed that he had no bite on it for this and last year either. Its another gimmick helicopter lure.
  11. When it comes to skipping, a wacky rigged worm works the best for me. Fat Ika is a joke. Like the helicopter lure : Another endorsement with Gary Yamamoto :
  12. I know. RW just like to rub it in our face. That's all.
  13. Alright I'll admit. They just rerun the video on there now. I take it back. my mistake. Yes he congrated him. Must have missed it when the wife was talking to me that day. Moving on.
  14. That's why I don't use Florida rig
  15. I have my first handheld GPS since two months and its Lowrance iFinder H20. No regret. You'll be pleased with it.
  16. Norman too. I spoke with a rep. there and was told that their site should be up and running within 3-5 weeks. Guess we will see.
  17. http://www.zoombait.com It been years and they haven't gotten around to it yet. For now, I'd think its either http://www.orderoutdoors.com/zoom.htm http://www.anglersupply.com/manufacturer.cfm?manufacturer=Zoom%20Bait%20Company
  18. 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 for me. Half ounce is when I want my plastic to stay in contact on the bottom without bouncing especially in strong current.
  19. I watched the live feed today. I don't know if it was me but did not see Todd congrat (handshake) KVD after he weighed his fish, instead he walked right off stage after stood beside KVD. If its really what I saw then the guy has NO class.
  20. Lots of fishing line wrapped in brushpile, stumps, rocks, and docks like a spiderweb. Ban all crankbaits, soft plastic, and lines! :
  21. Cool. I have a couple of Zoom chunk trailers from *** too that has claw bent like that in the bag. I'll try the hot water. Thanks.
  22. I'm sure there are there perhaps you overlooked.
  23. Good tip Catts. I've done that quiet often in the summer. The way I look at it is pretty much like deer hunting set up where you follow a trail until it split in two like you call it "Y" One of the best place to ambush. Long Mike, thats hilarious. ;D
  24. Have used it way back and it worked in a pond. Haven't play with it at a lake nor river. Not worth the money IMO. Your better off with Zoom Fluke.
