Earlier today when i was out fishing. I was trolling along a bank and seen a ski boat coming around the bend, some 200-300 yards away. Where i was fish is about 200 ft between the shore lines. As i kept watching this ski boat coming down the water they was running down the water towards me. This person driving came right up next to me, so close i could have took my 6'6 rod and touched the boat. Now that was just a bit to close for me. Why do ppl do that? Do they have no respect? What i wanted to do was tie on a sinker with a treble hook and wait for them to come back thru ;D, but instead i just packed up and headed to another spot to fish. UGH >

Last weekend after my fishing trip i put the boat in the basement. After a couple of hours or more there was a strong gas smell. When i went to check it out gas was coming out of the carburator. Last night i went out fishing and left the boat hooked to the truck cause i knew i would be going out again today. Again, i just pop the cap off the motor and there was gas coming from the carburator some 9-10 hours later. What is causing this?????

Could not agree more. I have only been with this site for about a week now and reading thru lots of threads and lots of topics the info you can gain here is just GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep up the good work Glenn and all the mods.

What kind of line do you recommend for night fishing and why?

I was fishing a jig, using short hops, i felt a hit, when i reeled down to take the slack out of the line and set the hook it snapped as i was trying to set the hook :'( about 12-16 inches down on the rod

I broke my rod over the weekend. Does anyone know how stict they are with there warranty? BPS that is. I have had this rod for about 3 years now. If i have to purchase another rod, any suggestion on something that is of the same caliber as the one i have or something better that does not cost me next weeks grocerys ;D The bionic blade is $80

Just want to say this is a great site. I just stumbled across it searching for something a few days ago. Been coming in and reading everynight since. I seen the post where Glenn ask to rate the site, i gave it a 10. But, i did have trouble getting registered and i still can't use my primary e-mail. Might be something that needs looking into. You also have no way for someone that runs into trouble like i did to get in contact with someone for some help. Could be useful . If you tell me that in the privacy statement there is a link that says "Contact Us" bass@7 is not a valid e-mail addy. Now that i have spilled on my minor (very minor) issues. I would like to go onto to say, GREAT SITE. Since i am still a newbie when it comes to fishing. I hope to get some knowledge from some of you more experinced fisherman.
