I have an old merc60 6hp serial# 2633426 that purrs like a kitten, but it leaks right out of the prop, the fliud mixed with water(milky look). Now this thing is 300 to 400 bucks to take in and fix Can anyone walk me thru or know of a sight that has directions on how or what to replace to fix this? This is what I have found but I'm not sure what to buy http://www.eastcoastmarineservice.com/models.html#67-69 you have to go by the model number and then macth up the serial number. as I do this its saying its made in 1969 but, the serial number doesn't go that high I noticed-it jumps over to merc75 7.5hp(which it is not) any feed back fellas?

Been looken for some tips on windy weather. Today I had hopes on going out and its windy. WSW at 22 to 28 mph. Temp 66, water temp should be close to it What works for this kind of weather. Should I be focussing on one side of the lake?

I have a MK 55# on the transome that pushes fine if not more than needed( its a 1436) that MK of yours should be fine on pushing you, add a good foot up front and you'll be set. No more gas fumes

picture 1, I would suggest to never deck higher than the bench on 1436 boats. picture 2 should start with 1448 boats, my oppinion. this is how I did mine

I have twice considered to start a honey bee colony for a hobby, I just keep second guessing it. would love to have the honey, but with that many bees around me I might chicken out. Bee's are a very important balance for nature. Has anyone seen an increase in wasp? I have at our home. Way to many anymore.

I thought it was just simple media rumors, But I seen a commercial yesterday asking for help on our Honey Bee population. They are simply dying off or the adult workers are flying away leaving the young behind. it will be a very seriuos problem if not figured out soon :'( I googled it and found out it has happened before but not to this magnitude. I really can't recall seeing alot of honey bees latley, been seeing a ton of wasp tho? Just wondering if anyone here has heard or known about it. weird and spooky
