Good day fishing. Got rained on but caught some fish 6 or 7 bass and 5 pickerel. Here are a few of the better bass.

And a few more.

Got out this morning for a few hours and was able to get some decent largemouth. Got two back to back throwing a squarebill into a lay down. Another one came on a swim jig in about 6ft of water, and another while dragging a jig in almost 20ft. It poured for a while when I was out there but rain gear is a beautiful thing!

Thanks for the welcome guys. I owned a Nitro bass boat a few years back before I moved to California but had to sell it in 2010 when we moved. I am going tomorrow to look at another 1999 Nitro Bass boat. Hope it works out. If not I am looking forward to fishing lakes and ponds around the Pepperell MA area and NH area soon. As well as the Quabbin which I love fishing.

Got out for a bit this after noon, 5 bass in total. 3 on a chartreuse and white colorado blade spinnerbait, 1 on a shakey head and 1 on a buzzbait. Things are starting to really heat up out there!

Big bass were biting  today ! The bite should be real could the next couple days too. Get out and enjoy the nice warm weather.

I saw my first fish on beds yesterday. This full moon coming up, is gonna have all the big girls up shallow, looking for a bed to do her thing. Window of opportunity for a big, fat, pre spawn bass is quickly closing. Man, I hate how fast Spring goes by. Not enough time to get all the places I want to get to! I'm taking the wife out today for some Mother's Day fishing, hopefully she can get into her first fish of the year. Have a great day, everybody!

Full moon the 14th  I'm thinking we will have a double spawn summer with some of the deeper lakes this month and next month aught to be fun fishing.

Spent the morning with my mom and now she's heading off to work... My dad and I are going to try to get a LUNKER, hopefully we can find 'em!

It'll get better once the pads start to come in. Hitting up Scobie Pond in new boston today. Couple my buddy's who fish around there say the bites been heating up they pulled a 5lber outta there the other day.

right now i have been targeting any new green stuff i see growing , as well as any drop offs i know about as well as the calm water around areas where water is moving , remember i fish the nashua river a lot.   thats different fishing than small ponds.

Yea, but you still manage to pull the hogs out Nev. I loved fishing there in like July that's when I caught my 5lber in my profile pic.

I fish only a small section of the river from the stellos dam and back up past the tilton st ramp about 200 yards.    it is a very very small section ,   to get further up takes too long.   People talk about fish up at the golf course area and up to the hollis bridge.  I have fished it once or twice with decent luck but it takes me way too long to get there.

So you fish from like the ramp to the island roughly? d**n must be a secret rock or something underwater that all those fish you catch live off of.

I fished a tournament on Merrymeeting yesterday. Water temp was 50 and despite my lack of success, many people did well. Smallies were moving more shallow and starting to get active.

Im gonna be fishing on Lake Wentworth in Wolfeboro this coming weekend. Has anyone fished here yet? Any Luck if so?

Caught 1 bass today he weighed about 1lb and a quarter. Also caught 2 pickerel. Was cold out today thinking they had the lock jaw going on. Hopefully tomorrow I can get back on them at Rocky Pond. Looking to get something above 3lbs. Full moon tomorrow.
