Stay safe, and try to have some fun. I enjoyed Kuwait the times I was there. Wish I had the opportunity to do some fishing though. Make sure you use some time to hit the gyms. A) you'll come home jacked. B) it's a great time killer. Stay hydrated and duck if you hear a hissing sound. :D

Let us know if you need fishing tackle and how to get it to you. Just tell us what you need . I,ve been sending tackle over there for 10 years through a couple of groups in Green Bay. Stay safe and "Thank You" for what you do.

Sounds more like a vacation. :P

Last time I was over there, it wasn't nearly as nice. Enjoy it. There are far worse places to be. Just think, you're getting paid to work out. On the civilian side, I have to pay some other dude so I can work out :( hope you get some fishing in, I'd be interested to see what all you catch over in that part of the world.

thats what weve been saying its more a vacation then anything they took a company of infantry guys and some cav scouts and threw us on a naval base and were taking a company to replace like a platoon so our shifts are short its basicly a live in gym for 10months. the people here are nuts the way they drive. im hoping to get out fishing tonight for the first time but they only allow 5 at a time 2 hours at a time and thats split base wide so 5 people between all the navy, army, coast guard, and local kuwaites

Great report. Thanks for letting us know you are fine and are doing well.

Always watch your back. Like Viet Nam, we never knew who was our friend or enemy until the attack.

Thank you for helping keep us safe back home.

Please let us know about the fishing and send pics.
