I Want An Amazing Bass Fishing Trip, Where Should I Go?

Featured Replies

Hello everyone. I'm Jenny and my boyfriend is Jimmy. He is turning thirty next May and I want to give him a birthday to remember. He loves to bass fish, has a bass boat and a few good friends he goes with to fish. While his birthday is a year away, I want to start planning now. I would love to be able to pay for him and a few of his buddies to go bass fishing for three or so days. I am looking for different bass fishing lodges or lakes that would be a real treat for him. We live in Northern Virginia but driving up to twenty hours away wouldn't be out of the question. I know he's been to Okeechobee in Florida and I few places a little south of us but not much. Any suggestions for a great bass fishing trip would be very helpful, thanks!

Our Bassresource roadtrip is in Tennessee on Pickwick nxt year, May 2013. That would make a good trip.

You might consider Trophy Country in central Missouri.

Lake Falcon or Fork,TX

Lake Toho or Okeechowbee, FL

Falcon, Okeechobee, fork, toho, eerie, pickwick, clear lake.

There's also some great lakes in Mexico, Mexico is personally not on my list of places I want to be heading haha but there is definitely some good spots

I'd have to say Guntersville !

I can't believe no one has mentioned El Salto, but it is in Mexico.
