Red Is Hot In Spring -New Strike Back Spinnerbait

Featured Replies

Red colored baits  -like red rattle traps are very productive in spring -They are great for provoking strikes by tight lipt bass. I designed the New Red Shad Strike Back Spinner bait for just that purpose-PRE SRAWN COLD WATER BASSN

That is why there was a Rat L Trap color called Rayburn Red. Jimmy Houston used to mention that quite often on his shows.

It became famous for Winter catches at Sam Rayburn.

Red is a shallow water color- The bass move up to the warmest water -which is usually shallow flats in spring. It is also very effective being pulled or ripped through the weeds in spring.

I designed the head to be two toned as well -Great looking bait but producing bass is what counts..

Hmmm by the picture below I think im still a little early - Froze the red right out of it.

Man Bobby, I gotta try these spinnerbaits. I'm probably late to the party on the special you had, but I'm gonna get a couple. I love the idea behind this and I'm convinced I need to give these a whirl.

Keep up the hard work!
