Just wanted to brag about it. My son busted the Clear lid on my 7771. I contacted Plano by email and asked how to purchase one. They asked me which one I needed. I informed them. They sent me another, no charge, no questions asked. What do you think my tackles sitting in for the next 20 years? CS like that just isn't found any longer. They got my business for life.

Same thing happened to me last summer. I told them I fell and broke the clear plastic front cover, asked how to purchase a replacement. I had a new one in two or three days, no cost to me whatsoever. I also am a customer for life. The lady was even kind enough to thank me for using their products.

I had a similar situation with Plano a couple years ago.One of my latches broke off my Plano 737 and they sent me a new some new latches, and then I broke where the latch actually goes on the box, contacted them, mailed my old box back to them and they sent me a whole new tacklebox

Plano is really super to deal with. I own 3 plano boxes now, and I'm going to buy another in the near future.

I luckily live a lil over an hour away from plano's injection molding facility.  We took a trip out there to their outlet store it was amazing.  I was like a kid in a candy store.  I went there to buy a new tackle box because the plastic lid on my 7xxx series broke.  They gave me a new one and knocked down the prices on all of the other storage containers and what not.

I need a replacement handle for my Plano Guide Series 757-004 fishing tackle box as it has broken. Can you supply me with one please as naturally the fishing tackle box is useless without a handle.
