Local Dicks didn't have too much that lured me luckily!

I have bought a lot lately. A pelican bass raider, trolling motor, battery and some more stuff. When I was at walmart I saw the big bait bonanza and just had to get a hula popper, since they were $1.50 a piece.

Great price!!!  I bought a hula popper a few minutes ago.  I was using one Saturday and the bass were just killing it.  Great old school top water lure. 

 

I also bought a Booyah Poppin Pad Crasher and a Heddon Baby Lucky 13 (Red Head).  Can you tell I like top water fishing? 

Went out of town with the fiance. For some reason they carry blue craw and falcon craw rage chunks which are the two i use more than any. Christmas came early. Had a buy 3 get 1 free. I bought all the blue craw and 4 falcons.

Went to country kitchen because ours closed down and it was on the way home. Found a fly in my lettuce that thankfully wasnt on my spicy chicken sandwich. Our food wss free.

Got 4 Daiwa SP Minnows and some hand crafted plugs...

 

A-Jay

Stopped by a Dicks on the way back home from Oregon and picked up some Outlaw Baits Gitter Tubes on a mark down. The colors were actually good. Reg. 4.99 for 1.93, not bad. They had some Terminator spinnerbaits like A-Jay bought for 49 cents each. I bought all 17 of them. Same color too. Who'd a thunk it?

I finally upgraded my spinning gear (well, one for now):

 

• Pflueger President (Dicks currently has a trade in program so I traded my busted up spinning reel to knock $10 off. $50 President? Yes please.
• Refurbished 6'6" ML/F St. Croix Eyecon ECS66MLF ($40 all because they had to replace the tip)
• 6# Invizx

 

I just got the rod today and was only able to cast a couple, but it casts pretty nice, far and loads up like no rod I've ever had. I kept waiting for my bait to land, but it kept going. Not a lot of feel on a weightless worm that I could tell. But it was windy and I haven't gotten the Invizx spooled up yet. The President, though? WOW. I can see why they are so highly recommended.

A bunch of saltwater crap for fishing for Reds, Trout, and Flounder. The Bass bite in Gainesville is garbage so I'm getting my fill in by heading out to the ouster beds and the flats with my new neighbor and his flats boat.

After being sick and on the bench Jones'n to get into the game of bass fishing I'm stocking up so I can fish more. I'm going to fish the second half of the season probably till December. I lost a big bass in November when it was snowing. There was no ice on yet. I was throwing yum money minnow in white.
