Cranking Up Smallies Tonight.

Made a short trip out tonight after work from 7 to 8:30, looking for brown fish, but I would have taken green one too if they wanted to play. Nope, just brown ones. in the 1.5 hours I was there, they were biting. Caught 15, all burning a crank across spawning areas. Most likely getting reactions strikes from fish up cruising/looking for a place to bed. No slobs, biggest was a 4-5, next was a 3-10, and the rest were 2.5-3.25 lb fish.post-889-0-59806500-1367894909_thumb.jpg

Nothing wrong with a 4lb fish.  Heck, I don't mind the 2's and 3's either.  Nice smallie...congrats!

That is a nice looking smallie!

My friend, you really know how to take care of business. Always fun to hear about how you destroyed em.
