I have a "friend" that would like to pick up another Chronarch, but I...I mean "he" can't find anyone online that includes them in their sales. Does anyone know of a place?

Very rarely do you find Shimano reels on sale, same with Loomis and Daiwa and a few others.

Yeah I saw that every place that had a sale on excluded Shimano. Might just snag another revo.

Usually Shimano, Daiwa, G. Loomis and some others don't go on sale. Sometimes companies will have special "deals so good they can't advertise" that you have to call in to hear and its the companies that they aren't advertising on the website.At least thats what I remember from this past Christmas.

No problem getting a revo or Lew's on sale. That tournament pro looks nice....

I've bought Shimano products on sale more at local shops.  Of course I look more locally because to buy stuff on sale online to be shipped to Canada isn't worth while some times!  That would be another avenue.

They are on sale when they do the Bassmaster Classic sale.  I got a Chronarch for $50 off. I believe the sale is %25 during the classic.

Many tackle retailers occasionally have "25% Off" sales on your entire order.

This is a great way to save some dough on names that rarely go on sale.

I've scoured the internet all morning, and nada. 

the reason you hardly find them on sale and usually at the same price everywhere is because companies like shimano tell the stores that sell their products what price they have to sell it at to keep all their distributors happy

I'm waiting on a call back from a retailer now. Hopefully I can sway them lol.

As of last night, BTD had all rods and reels 25% with no exclusions on brands.  I picked up a GLX at 25% off. 

As of this afternoon, they only have limited brands at that discount.
