i caught a fish about an 7oz on a 8 inch wooding plug! i think it was just annoying the little guy...

Lol I have another one somewhere...I think I was using some topwater hard bait or something and my lure was bigger than my bass which was even smaller than that one in the pic. I always say that was my first bass but I think I caught my first on a cane pole.

My neighbor told me the lake one complex over is holding fish and the bite is on 

 

 

 

 

He gave me some information that I couldnt believe 

 

 

 

It was honestly music to my ears

I just came back from my usual spot and I was competing against you to see if I could catch something smaller.... LOl... you beat me, but not by much.

When bass that are that big look that skinny, sometimes something is lodged in there stomach.

Had some decent luck on my first day off my week hiatus.  Caught a little guy on a lizard, missed one on the frog and caught this guy on the frog.  Was at my spot that had all the grass hacked down and the only spots i got a hit were on 2 left over patches of weeds.  So i think my diagnosis of hacking weeds=no fish is correct.  Im gonna call this one 16", it was pretty dang dark out when i got this one so i was just trying to get the tape measure close.  With my week off ive totally lost track of where im at, but i believe this is my 3rd fish my guess is 51"?? Lou you may have to confirm/change this.

dang... you coulda just left it out there after setting the hook and used it for bait lol. Look at the gut on that lil guy!

Went to two new spots tonight. They were ok. Caught some small guys. One on a wr senko and one on a lizard. I'm not going to be able to fish much at night anymore with my commute and the early darkness :/
