I am not 100% but think if u camp over by the shoals and Suwannee then you can chase the spotted/shoal bass over there if your interested in checking that off your bucket list. Just another idea.

I was going to say that he should be heading south not north but he is meeting his family that live in GA so north is half way.

Did you guys happen to notice the extended forecast for S. Florida....next week it looks like our first cool front will be upon us.  High of mid 70's and lows of upper 50's at night.  Generally this will trigger the fish into a good prespawn pattern and unofficially end the summer dog days!!!!!  Next Friday whether on boat or bank I'll be out for sure.

 

two weeks ago on lake O, water temps were still 80-82.  Hopefully after the front the temps will drop to the low to mid seventies????

Oh it's gonna be a rough couple of weeks. Moving to a new place on the 1st, so fishing is gonna be tough to accomplish. Good thing is I will have a 2 car garage to store the boat, and there is a huge lake that is part of the C-13 canal system. Icant wait, but am not looking forward to the moving part itself. Gonna have to squeeze loading the truck on Friday night, and getting everything unloaded by Saturday afternoon. Looks like this weekend might be my last horah, unless. I can convince her to let me go next Sunday.

And that video of those Bama Monsters made me go out and purchase that type of frog TW. They look real and the action in the legs looks like it drives the fish crazy, evident by the cast of big girls in his video lol

Mike, I am going to be over at Inverary and Oakland Park, on the old JG Golf Course. I am not going to be far from you, but maybe a mile or 2. I would love to go chase some Snook with you. Havent seen you in a while. Loving the new swept handles by the way. One of these days Im gonna have to get one. Moneys been tight.
