That is one skinny fish tightlines, nice work tho on finding the fish. I been seeing getting a little rowdy around my ponds but time and dialing them in are a different story. Not liking topwater too much or texas rigged worms. Might go Fluke and senko next time.

 

I will call this 13.5" sorry for the tapes zero not being clearly shown, I have a good 2" before the tapes numbers start. 10" Gambler Ribbontail in kissimmee blue with a 3/16 bullet and 5/0 EWG

 

I think this puts me at a whopping 28.5" LOL watch out Lou I am sneeking up on you.

I hacked lgmouthgambler's account, but I suck at fishing and my wife teaches me everything I know, she secretly takes me out on her boat everyday of the week for $1000.00 a week to teach me how to fish. she still stays with me just because of the money.

Yeah, I finally had a productive morning and get to cull some of my small fish.  Caught one very nice LMB (21) then a few smaller ones, but at least they were bigger than before.... albeit not by much.

they used to have a color called green pumpkin magic that was a killer for me that I cant quite match, and never see there anymore.

Like I said earlier I am gonna have to give in and go with the weightless sticks and flukes since you all seem to be slaying them with those baits and topwater and texas rig have been slower

Good to know, I'll keep a look out for that color. The green pumpkin seems to be the only thing I consistantly catch anything on. I also picked up the same stick-o in watermelon magic. Only used it once with no luck, but maybe I should give it more than a few casts next time.

I like the watermelons in really clear water.. or watermelon red. Or slightly dirty water in bright sun, otherwise the pumpkins seem to do it better.
