Hard Baits For Winter

Featured Replies

Down here in Florida we have the privilege to be able to fish all through the season, so I'm looking for some nice lures since I don't have many. Anything recommended? I'm looking to pick up a spinnerbait, a chatterbait, and a suspending jerkbait. That probably covers alot, but is there anything else I should look for?

My apologies, I tried to make it as painless as possible. I could have started off with "You suckers up North"  :hahaha-024:  :shifty:

Haha, jk. Sometimes I would rather just hang my pole, the bite around here this year is next to non existent.

What about a huddleston weedless grass minnow or a weedless shad, would that be a good pickup for these months? I know it would be good going into the Summer.

Lipless baits.  They are great for running right over the tops of submerged weeds.

Top water like a LC Sammy or Spook and a buzz bait.
