Does anyone know who made this? It has three blades each on a different arm

i think i've seen them, but its been so long i don't know what brand they even were. I bet someone else does though.

Not SWL, they shun swivels.  Looks pretty neat, though.

Post another picture holding the bait by the hook and letting the arms hang down vertically. It almost looks like the arms have different loop sizes and swivels on them. Could be my eyes. Looks like 1 barrel swivel and 1 ball bearing swivel. Cant see the third clear enough.

No going through my dads work bench looking for baits to salvage and came to this one. I thought it may be a Hogrustler but i dont think so because the eyes are different.

I would guess hand made or Hildebrant.
