Guy at my local store doesn't remember what rep. brought them and couldn't find the package.

I am not sure of what company they are from, but the are swing heads.

 

Freedom and zorro make them to name a few.

I've used the Freedom before.  They are expensive and don't have the motion that the one pictured has.

Its like the biffle head with out the biffle.

Biffle heads swivel. This looks solid.

The Biffle head is a football head and meant to be drug on the bottom.  This looks more like it's meant to be swam.

Same concept as the biffle head. Fully swivel head but instead of football head it is a swim jig head. Features a180 degree swivel.

ive seen this design before the biffle design was released. Not sure of the name. 

It's really similar to a frenzy vibe, I've not found the manufacturer  yet.
