Pssssht! I'm three reping 1600 lbs on leg press let's see him do that with them scrawny legs!

Seriously though, that is freaking unreal. His upper body and core strength are insane.

That's nuts some of them moves. My platoon leader over seas could do some of that he would do the hand stand push ups all the time or hang from the bars and do crazy crap he was a beast best leader also he did anything for us and really knew his stuff.

Yeah........but he can never find the time to fish!

Probably doesn't have a job or family either.

I could do that on the moon.

... but I'll bet he could kick our collective butts!

Because he has muscles????????

If he could last longer than 30 sec then he could kick my butt, lol, but just because he is in shape doesn't make him a fighter.

Sometimes a swift punch to the nose really does wonders.

Often times in situations like these, The Rule of Gross Tonnage comes into play.

Body builders have muscles.  This guy has strength, and a lot of it.  I doubt very seriously that he has developed that strength just to show off his muscles.  I'm taking bets that he is in a line of business where that strength would be a real asset.

Naw. He's bad, but he ain't that bad. Besides I got your back. Not that you need it. Y'all old timers fight dirty or smarter depending on how you wanna look at it.

Everybody's got a plan till they get punched in the nose.

lol.

Reminds me of the scene from the first Indiana Jones film. where the guy with the sword starts swinging it around, and Indy pulls out his revolver and just shoots him.  hilarious!

One good whack with a ladle and he'd fold up like a cheap suit.

So your putting the man down for having incredible discipline?  To develop a body like that, That man has put in his time to look and be able to move like that. that takes serious dedication something most people lack which separates the strong from the weak. Physically and most importantly mental.

so your saying pretty much anybody takes the time to develop a body or master a craft  has no family job or life?

Here's more information about the guy in the video.http://www.cutandjacked.com/CutAndJacked-Interview-Calisthenics-Vegan-Frank-Medrano  In the article it says he is vegetarian and works out six days a week for two hours a day.I guess i could look like that if i didn't spend so much time on bass resource instead.

We all look exactly like that - but it's just a little harder to see on some of us.

Life has required that we build up a "Protective Covering"

Wouldn't have to punch him in the nose.  He is so disciplined I am thinking that an unwrapped candy bar would make him pass out.

I work a full time job, (as I am sure most on here do) I raise a son and I have hobbies. It takes a TON of time and dedication to do what he does. I was just guessing that he wouldn't find enough hours in the day if he had a full time job and a family.
