What's The One Food You Could Eat Every Night?

Featured Replies

Finally, a worthy thread.  Tacos. Not those greasy worthless fast food tacos but the real thing. Carne Asada with Nopales on corn tortillas.  Beef tongue tacos are  hard to beat.

You are so freakin' refined A-jay.

Doug ~ the availability of this particular table fair in the "freshest sense" is somewhat reduced here in the North woods.

But I'll take it when & wherever I can get it.

A BLT with garden fresh Tomatoes. Lettuce is optional but Mayonaise is mandatory.

Not one food item, but BREAKFAST!

I could eat eggs, grits, bacon, sausage, waffles, hashbrown or fried potato slices, country ham, biscuits, and any combination or variation of the above foods any and all the time.

Breakfast for dinner is big in my house.

This without a doubt! When we go out for breakfast I will order 2-3 breakfast meals, exception being pancakes, too filling and not much flavor.

I ask for shepards pie almost every night my wife asks what I want for dinner. She changes it up some times makes it with chicken or ground turkey, venison, beef. She made it one time with ground turkey and then put corn bread batter on top of the mashed taters before putting in the oven it was the best thing I ever ate.

I ask for it all the time but she refuses to make it because she like variety

Fried pork dumplings.

While my tomatoes were growing good, I ate BLTs everyday.

I have found out that you can eat too much of a good thing.  I worked, part time, in a pizza shop.  After I left there, it was several years 'til I could eat pizza, again.

It's like a potato chip to name just one would be un-American!

Hashbrowns & old school greasy fried potatoes. ( I wouldn't live through this of course)

Quad City style sausage pizza. I've never seen anything like it anywhere else.

Applebee's Bourbon street steak dinner.

Medetaranian chicken.

My homemade itialian sausage, sautéed r,yel & green peppers, Vidalia sweet onion & garlic.

I hope you don't get your sushi from the local Seven Eleven. That green stuff is NOT sea weed brother.

A large deluxe pizza. I could eat pizza every day.

Grits and eggs add in whatever meat and I'm good to go. Mix it all up and throw some cheese on it.

Crab legs.  :drool1: with or without butter.

second this

I usually eat snow crab once a week. But if given the opportunity i could probably put them on the endangered species list in under a year

basically any seafood though. Ive always thought it would be fun to just sail around in a boat eating whatever i catch

Hungry Howie's pepperoni and pineapple with ranch crust. Gave it up for Lent. Regret it every day.

Roasted Stump Sound oysters. Sides: grits, corn cakes, and beer.
