I thought I had lost this pic. I couldn't find it anywhere. I just found it about 5 minutes ago. I caught these last spring with my son on the boat with me. He caught a few fish that day but he was proud of the "big" ones, lol.

These are some slab crappie. The one on the left was 2.4 and the one on the right was 2.13. I will get a replica made when I catch a 3 lber and I almost did.

You're gonna miss this.

That's what I am afraid of. He spends a week with his Mom and a week with me, so I basically only see him 6 months out of the year. This little guy is my world and soon enough he won't be my little guy anymore and that is why moments like this pic mean so much to me.

The size of the fish really don't mean much, it is the time we spent together catching them. I guess I was just so happy when I found the pic that I had to post it.

One of those days I guess.

That's an awesome story

Your sons face says it all and those are priceless times spent together....

Beautiful !!!

They certainly do grow up way too fast , I love spending time on the water with my girls and it gets to the point that they get busy with other things and other friends , your time is even shorter at that point , cherish all you can big guy !!

Glad you found it and thanks for sharing it with us !!
