Duo Realis Crankbait G87 20A

Featured Replies

From what I've read and seen regarding this crankbait online it seems like this could make those days of deep cranking much less tiresome. I can't wait to get my hands on this crank when it comes out later this fall!

Heck, I don't even deep crank and I wanna buy one because they look so cool....

That 'Aquacraw' paint job is seriously cool.  Will be starting with that one...

I have two enroute!

One each in aquacraw and morning dawn

Im excited!

I purchased a few (and was sent a few- Thanks Scott) - Black Friday deals -

I love the Duo line and have very high expectations of good things with this one as well.

I'll be probing the depths south of the border during the main deep crank bite (hopefully)

so we'll really get a chance to evaluate this one on some plus size fish with an accecnt. . . . . .

It has a lip like the Manns Deep  baits only much sharper. I bay have to try and sand a Manns lip down .

What hooks come on these aj?

Duo doesn't identify make / model on anything I've seen yet.

When I ordered the baits I also order the appropriate Mustad ewg Elite replacements.

Though I do not immediately recognized the stock treble, it's a stout #2x ewg number - Looks very good.

So I'm not planning on replacing it - that should tell you something.

I was told by a pro staffer that Duo makes their own hooks.  I don't know if that is true or not but the hooks are great on their baits, definitely don't need to replace them unless you want to change sizes.

i've bent Duo hooks on their 120 jerkbait, but that's been my only complaint. love their baits

I have & fish the 120SP - the hooks on this deep diver are not the same.

These are a heavier gauge treble than on the jerkbait.
