see if she runs with the ball. If not, County Health Department. Lice is easily controlled

if proper steps are taken, but it is generally a broader issue than just one person or family.

Hygiene is a choice, if you choose to be dirty, I choose to not be around you.   It really is that simple. 

My sister got head lice and my mom went to my sisters best freinds house the same day and told her mom to check her daughter.

Update.

So we talked to them. They got upset. Told us we were wrong to accuse (being that my wife found and showed me the lice on the girl's head that night). So with that being said, they have some hygienic decisions to make on their own. For us, we have eliminated the issue thus far.

I hate lice also seems to go around schools in cycles.has nothing to do with hygiene and lice very seldom cause health issues unless they feed in herds over a long period of time.kill them little bastids anyhow

How about reporting the parents to social services for child abuse?

A telephone conversation starting with..."We love your daughter but there is a problem that has to be addressed for her health and welfare...."

 

Or report the parents to social services!!!

Just to make everyone here well aware of a fact:  Personal hygiene or cleanliness in the home or school has nothing to do with getting head lice.

not to say that something can't/shouldn't be done about your situation, but before you go burning a good friendship or making false accusations you should be 100% educated on the topic.
