Whats your favorite and why?

1/2 oz. OL Nelle "brokeback" buzzer. Runs straight, fish stay hooked. 9 times out of 10, I replace the regular skirt w/ a handtied purple,silver, chartruese skirt. Use smokey joe color zoom "the fluke"'s for a trailer.

Cant argue w/ results.

Strike King Buzz King Jr. Don't ask me why, but I like a triple-wing blade and this lure produces so I use it. I know other buzzbaits catch fish just as well.

No brand type really, just one that has hooks set far away. My favorite colors are black, chartruese, and shad.

I have been making my own buzzbaits so it varys for colors.  I can tune the buzzbait so it squeels ... which i love and the bass seem to love them... and i can make them as quiet as ever... gotta love it.  Anyway ill post some pics if anyone wants to see them.

I've done well with Strike King Bleeding Buzzbait in the past few years, they seem to come squeaky out of the box.  I've also had good success with the Honeybuzz and Cavitron.

My current favorite is the Booyah Counter Strike in the Luna color.  I don't have a particular reason as to why I like this one so much.  I just seem to catch more fish with it.  I guess it is has to do with confidence.

A 1/4oz Cavitron in white. Why? You can really slow them down and they just plain have been the best I have used, especially on the Lower Potomac on the grass beds. I don't really know why they work so well but, its one of those things like the difference between a Rico and a Pop-R. Put a Rico and Pop-R side by side and you cannot tell a real difference but, for me, a Rico out fishs a Pop-R every time.

My Fav is Hart Stopper in white.  Its got a great design.  I caught my biggest bass on this lure.  Right around some lily pads.  Prob around 8-10 lbs.  I since added a red 2/0 trailer hook.

My favorite is the Hart Stopper.  Its got a great design and I caught my biggest bass on it.  Around 8-10 lbs around some Lilys.  I since added a red trailer hook for better hook ups.  I use it in clear water throughout the spring and summer.

(Bass do not insist on a metal buzzbait)

The soft-plastic is "Mouthable"

A T-rigged toad is extremely "Weedless",

The cane toad is highly "Effective" even in gin-clear water.

(In crystal-clear water my cavitron buzzers seem to spook bass).

The Booyah Buzzbait is the best IMHO. The clacker makes all the difference. Black w/ silver prop in 1/2oz can't be beat.

War Eagle.  Sharp hook, very noisey, casts well, stays on top well at slow speads, big two bladed offest prop creates great vibration, only costs $4-5 depending on where you go, and bass eat them!

Oh just so you know, never buy a Reaction Inovations Squeky Dolphin unless you like paying $9 for a bait that is a POC.  

It catches fish but the rivet wears out after an couple of hours of fishing.  I had one bind up so the blade wouldn't turn and another that had the blade just fall off.

Ditto, all other buzzbaits will take a back seat to the Cavitron!!!!

1/4 oz Cavitron (Gold blade / white skirt).

Great quality; extremely slow buzzbait, holes in blades, etc.

Tried them all, and it's the best IMHO.

im another cavitron fan.  im also with rolo on often prefering a soft plastic frog to a buzzbait these days.  i like the ribbits the best.
