Looks like a great Bass/Musky lure for here in WI. Many times get musky hits and follows fishing swimbaits and bigger cranks for bass.

That's why I ordered it. I'm just in MN, and while I bought the BBZ with intention on fishing bass. I think I am going to use it more for northern and musky.

What colors did you go for, grey and is that the Ninja on the left?

Downfall to the mini is it only has 1 hook. Still a decent bait.

I'm definitely thinking about picking up a couple of these but I'm not sure if I have a rod strong enough for them. With a price range going from $100-$150 give or take a bit, what would be a good rod to throw these?

Or the Bettencourts- if you're talking about Rat wakes, you seriously cannot leave those out IMO.  Three sizes- 3.5"@ 5/8oz, 5"@ 7/8oz & 8"@2.25oz-, and you can get them solid, jointed, and also in I believe 3 or 4 color combinations.  I swear by them, and the handmade finishes kick anus clean off.  If you ever go to a body of water and there's a bunch of buttcheeks washed up on the shore, that means somebody is throwing the bettencourts haha

Forgot about the Bettes. The Rago Injected Rat is fairly light too. But they are out of production.
