Marty, you just keep getting better and better.  As soon as I get some money ahead when I get back from the G'ville trip, I would like to order about a dozen cranks off you if that would be okay. :D  You're work is first class IMO.

Thanks for the kind words fellas, the only way to get better at painting is to practice.  I'm trying to expand my color selection and find that magic color combo.

Top notch as always. The pearl with a gray back looks promising.

Magic color combo = BREAM!!!!! ;D

It would be a shame to pitch those into dirty lake water. NICE!!

How did you paint the fin on the crankbait in your avatar?

Marty,

Glad to see you're still cranking them out.  I'm determined to win a big tourney on one of your baits this year, but Norfork Stren wasn't the one, obviously. Better das are ahead.  Keep on whittling! Nick

Do you make these from scratch or did you buy the bodies already made? Very nice job either way. What do you use to seal them?

Good to hear from you Nick.

dolf, all the baits I post are hand carved and sanded.  I seal the baits with two different products 1 is thinned epoxy.
